Introduction

Sera Creativo ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how SwipeRoll ("the App") handles your information.

Key Principle: Your photos never leave your device. We do not collect, access, upload, or share your photos or any personal data. Everything happens locally on your iPhone.

Information We Collect

Data Created by the App

When you use SwipeRoll, the App generates and stores locally:

  • Review decisions: Which photos you marked as keep or delete
  • Statistics: Number of photos reviewed, space freed, cleanup streaks
  • AI analysis results: Blur detection scores and duplicate groupings
  • Preferences: App settings and filter selections

All this data is stored exclusively on your device. We never have access to this information.

Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Your photos, videos, or any media content
  • Personal identifiable information (name, email, address)
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Device information or identifiers
  • Location data
  • Crash reports or diagnostics
  • Browsing or usage patterns
  • Photo metadata (EXIF, GPS coordinates)

Photo Library Access

SwipeRoll requests access to your photo library to display and help you organize your photos. This access is:

  • Local only: Photos are read directly from your device's photo library using Apple's PhotoKit framework
  • Never uploaded: No photos are sent to any server, cloud service, or third party
  • Never copied: The App reads photos in place; it does not create copies of your media
  • Revocable: You can revoke photo access anytime in Settings > Privacy > Photos

AI & Blur Detection

SwipeRoll uses on-device machine learning (Apple's Core ML and Vision frameworks) to detect blurry photos and group duplicates. This processing:

  • Happens entirely on your iPhone
  • Uses no internet connection
  • Sends no data to any server
  • Cannot be accessed by us or any third party

Photo Deletion

When you choose to delete photos through SwipeRoll:

  • Deletions are performed through Apple's Photos framework (PHPhotoLibrary)
  • iOS will ask for your explicit confirmation before any photos are permanently removed
  • Deleted photos go to the "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered for 30 days
  • SwipeRoll cannot bypass the system confirmation dialog

How We Store Your Data

Local Storage

  • App data is stored on your device using Apple's standard frameworks
  • Encrypted by iOS file system encryption
  • Only accessible by the App on your device
  • Sandboxed from other apps

How We Use Your Data

We do not use your data because we never have access to it. Your data:

  • Stays on your device at all times
  • Is never transmitted to our servers (we don't have any)
  • Is never analyzed or processed by us
  • Is never shared with third parties

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone. Period.

  • No third-party services
  • No analytics providers
  • No advertising networks
  • No data brokers
  • No affiliates or partners

The only external interaction occurs when:

  • StoreKit handles in-app purchases (governed by Apple's privacy policy)

Third-Party Services

StoreKit (In-App Purchases)

Processes the one-time Pro purchase and optional tips. We only receive:

  • Transaction confirmation (purchase succeeded/failed)
  • Purchase status (Pro unlocked or not)

We do NOT receive:

  • Your payment information
  • Credit card details
  • Billing address
  • Apple ID information

Network Usage

SwipeRoll makes no network calls except for StoreKit (Apple's in-app purchase system). The App functions fully offline. There are no servers, APIs, or cloud services involved.

Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

Although we don't collect your data, you have these rights:

Right to Access

Your data is always accessible through the App on your device.

Right to Deletion

  • Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
  • Revoke photo access in iOS Settings at any time

Right to Restriction

  • Grant limited photo access (select photos only) in iOS 14+
  • Revoke photo access entirely

Data Retention

  • App data: Retained on your device until you delete the App
  • Purchase data: Apple retains transaction records per their policies

We do not retain any of your data because we never access it.

Security

App-Level Security

  • No network transmission of any data
  • iOS sandbox isolation
  • File system encryption
  • Regular security updates

Your Responsibility

  • Keep your device secure with a passcode/biometrics
  • Regularly update iOS
  • Review photo access permissions periodically

Children's Privacy

SwipeRoll is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has used the App, please contact us.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

  • Changes in the App's features
  • Changes in privacy laws
  • Improvements to our privacy practices

Updated policy posted in the App and on our website. Effective date updated at the top. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

International Users

SwipeRoll is available worldwide. Your data:

  • Is stored exclusively on your device (wherever you are)
  • Is subject to your local data protection laws
  • Is not transferred to any servers (we don't have any)

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

  • Know what data is collected: None, beyond what the App generates locally on your device
  • Delete your data: Uninstall the App
  • Opt-out of sale: We don't sell data
  • Non-discrimination: We don't discriminate based on privacy choices

European Users (GDPR)

  • Lawfulness: The App processes photos locally with your explicit consent (photo library permission)
  • Purpose limitation: Photo access used only to display and help organize your library
  • Data minimization: We collect no data whatsoever
  • Integrity and confidentiality: All processing on-device, no network transmission
