Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using noise ("the App"), provided by Sera Creativo ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
3. Beta Software
noise is currently distributed as a beta via Apple TestFlight. It is a work in progress: features may change, behave unexpectedly, or be removed, and exports may occasionally fail. Always keep your original footage; the App is not a backup tool.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights to the videos you edit. The App works on a reference to your video and never modifies the original; processing happens on your device. You are solely responsible for the content you import and export, and for having the rights to use it. You agree not to use the App to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: everything is processed on your device and nothing is uploaded to us.
6. Pricing
The App is currently free during the beta. Any future paid features will be offered through the App Store and processed by Apple under their terms; pricing and purchases will be shown clearly before you buy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detection, transcription, or export results will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sera Creativo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or footage, arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The effective date above will change and the updated Terms will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
